Work Planner

Are you eager to contribute to the energy transition and future of the Netherlands? Then get to work as a Work Planner. You will be working on our solo electrical projects in North Holland: everything above the North Sea Canal up to and including Texel. Plenty of work to do!

Are you a real planner and controller and have extensive knowledge! Then read on quickly, because we have a great challenge for you!

What will you do?

It is important that you can anticipate well, because every day is different and you never know what you will encounter during drilling. Sometimes there are obstacles, preventing you from digging, or we have to go under or past existing drillings. In any case, it is important to take all stakeholders into account: you pull the strings together! Furthermore, you are responsible for:

You will take care of ordering the necessary materials and ensure that this is prepared in time for the projects.
You apply for permits so that everything is properly regulated.
You will prepare work budgets, so that it can be determined in advance whether the project stays within budget and is commercially viable.
Ad hoc situations regularly arise during work and this is something you can handle well!

You will work from our office in Alkmaar, where you will be part of a close-knit team of 25 colleagues. You will also have a lot of contact with your direct sparring partner and you will work closely with the project supervisor. Although you will not be at the project sites every week, you will always be well informed of progress and developments.

What is your background and experience?

You have organisational skills, are good at keeping an overview and enjoy working in a dynamic environment. Every day is different, so you need to be flexible and able to structure any chaos. Furthermore, it is important:

You have at least mbo working and thinking level.
You have an affinity for engineering. Experience in electrics is an advantage, but not a requirement. It is also possible to advance to this position as a foreman, for example.
You are available 32 to 40 hours per week, with an immediate strong preference for 40 hours.
