What will you do?

At this company, unique structures such as foundations in Petrochemicals. Thanks to a specialisation in innovative solutions, you play an important role in the planning phase and work closely with various stakeholders. This work brings surprising contrasts. On the one hand, it is hectic and unpredictable. Plans change regularly and some projects start with only a rough sketch. On the other hand, the process requires tight planning and preparation, partly due to industry safety regulations. Your responsibilities include:

Producing complete cost estimates for each project;
Request prices from suppliers, compare and review quotes;
Drafting technical descriptions to make deployment clear;
Visiting project sites to assess conditions and risks;
Determine cost price effects in case of (contract) changes.

What is your background and experience?

HBO working and thinking level with a degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
Several years of experience as a calculator in a construction company
Analytical and numerical insight
You are flexible and proactive
You are open, eager to learn and result-oriented
