Diagnostic/technical specialist

What will you do?

For one of our clients, we are looking for a new colleague to join the workshop team as a diagnostic specialist. Together with fellow mechanics, you will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of various Mercedes and Audi car models. Your focus is mainly on diagnoses. Within the team, you are the specialist in diagnosing and repairing complex mechanical and electrical faults. When your fellow mechanics can't figure it out, you come to the rescue. Thanks to the premium service our client offers customers, they can also have cars of other makes serviced by them. This gives you a lot of variety in your work. Your duties include:

Detecting and fixing technical faults;
Follow up on all additional work and contact arising from diagnoses;
Helping colleagues to correctly diagnose or explain a repair.

What is your background and experience?

Completed mbo-4 training as a diagnosis specialist

Minimum 2 years' work experience as a first car mechanic

Full-time available (4 days is negotiable)

You have enough knowledge to work independently

You are good at sharing knowledge, inspiring and informing

Customer satisfaction is very important to you
