Cable technician

Are you the craftsman who creates and connects with cables? At Tesla HR, you can make a difference!

What will you do?

There is a lot of variety in your work! You work a lot in the open air. Sometimes in urban areas and other times in the countryside. Our projects are all over the Netherlands.

You will work in a team with other trade specialists, a foreman and foreman. In addition, 'colleagues' from other organisations are regularly present on our projects. Together you will ensure a safe working environment and get the job done!

What else do you do?

Laying/pulling of high-voltage cables.
Helping hoist cable reels.
In contact with your colleagues over the walkie-talkie.

High-voltage cables are long and very heavy. This is why you use specialist equipment, such as cable pulling machines, winches and reel wagons. You may set this up and operate it.

What is your background and experience?

Knowledge and experience in engineering or earthwork (e.g. in infra, civil, green or in another direction).
Driving licence B.
Flexibility to travel and possibly stay elsewhere during the week
Work experience in construction is an advantage
You are handy with tools and work with precision
