Workshop manager

What will you do?

We are looking for a workshop manager for one of our clients. In this position, you will manage a team of car mechanics. You are responsible for the workshop planning and the division of tasks in the team. You guide and motivate your colleagues in the workshop and you supervise a safe working environment. For this, it is not important that you have technical knowledge; your colleagues have plenty of that. You ensure that they can do their work excellently, so that customers can get back on the road as soon as possible. You are also ultimately responsible for the quality of the work carried out and communicate with the importer on technical matters. Your duties and responsibilities in brief:

Monitor workshop productivity;
Co-responsible for achieving workshop turnover;
Advise to improve quality and efficiency;
Administrative tasks, including preparing reports and daily closures.

What is your background and experience?

Bachelor's level of education or work experience
Minimum 2 years' experience in a managerial position in a commercial company
Full-time available
You have a passion for cars
You know how to motivate and guide the team
You are enthusiastic and committed
