Work planner E&I

What will you do?

Good planning, our client can't live without it! Preparing, arranging and organising everything down to the last detail is not just a job, it requires a lot of ability. As an E&I work planner, you play a crucial role in preparing, planning and supervising E&I maintenance work assignments. This ensures that the work is carried out safely, on time, efficiently and within the agreed planning, while complying with the applicable safety, NEN, environmental and hygiene regulations. You will work closely with various departments, such as Engineering, Maintenance and Operations, to ensure that projects run smoothly and meet set targets and deadlines. Some of your duties and responsibilities include: 

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules; 
• Coordinate resources, materials and equipment for projects; 
• Drafting work permits and safety procedures; 
• Monitor project progress and report on deviations; 
• Identify risks and implement control measures; 
• Working together to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of work processes; 
• Ensure compliance with all standards and quality regulations. 

What is your background and experience? 

• A completed technical secondary vocational education in electrical engineering or similar 
• In possession of VCA-VOL 
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar position, preferably in the chemical or petrochemical industry 
• Extensive knowledge of electrical engineering systems and instrumentation 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English
