What are your rates and conditions?

Our fees are based on a percentage of the candidate's gross annual salary. We work on a no cure, no pay basis, meaning you only pay on successful placement.

How do you assess candidates' technical skills?

We conduct in-depth interviews and check references from previous employers for validation. We can also use technical assessments and case studies tailored to the job requirements.

What are you doing to ensure the match with our organisation?

Besides technical skills, we look at soft skills, personality and how a candidate fits into your corporate culture. We do this by conducting behavioural interviews and analysing your company values.

What is the process from intake to placement?

We start with a comprehensive intake to understand the position, company and culture. We then draw up a recruitment plan, select candidates, conduct interviews and send a shortlist of suitable profiles. After placement, we offer onboarding support.
